Mary is a SD State-Certified Residential Appraiser,  a designated member of the Appraisal Institute,  and serves on the Board of Directors of the Wyoming and Western SD Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. She has been a member of  the  Board of Directors of the Professional Appraisers Association of SD (PAASD) for several years and is currently serving as President. Additionally, she represents PAASD as a member of the Network of State Appraiser Organizations (NSAO). Mary has been involved in the local real estate market since 1978.

She is approved by FHA, South Dakota Housing, and Rural Development and specializes in residential properties – particularly high-end, multi-family, relocation, and vacant land appraisals.

Debbie has been involved in the Black Hills real estate market since 2010. She has spent most of her lifetime in this area and is a well known supporter of the local dance community where she serves as a highly respected instructor. Debbie specializes in residential appraisal support including new and existing homes, specialty residences and townhomes. She also serves as Executive Secretary for the North Dakota Appraisers Association (NDAA).

About Our Firm

Brooke is a SD State-Certified Residential Appraiser and an SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute with a business and finance background. She is currently serving a three-year term as a director of the governing Board of the Professional Appraisers Association of SD (PAASD), and was also recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Wyoming and Western SD Chapter of the Appraisal Institute with a term that begins in 2021. Brooke specializes in litigation support, complex properties, multi-family, liquidations, high-end homes, and vacant land. Additionally, she is now working to upgrade her credential to the State-Certified General Appraiser level in SD and is expanding her scope of practice to include non-residential appraisals and market studies.

Bev is a SD State-Licensed Appraiser who has been involved in the Black Hills real estate market since 1984. She specializes in residential appraisal, including new and existing homes, townhomes, and condominiums. She also serves as Executive Secretary for the Professional Appraisers Association of SD (PAASD).

Beverly Luke

We are a well-established real estate appraisal firm with a reputation for reliable market values, expert opinions, and litigation support. Our appraisers are seasoned experts in the fields of appraisal, desk and field reviews, and appraisal consulting. What separates us from the rest is our experience and commitment to staying current with the ever-changing requirements and regulations related to the appraisal profession.

Craig primarily provides litigation support services in his practice – typically involving review for Standards compliance, various regulatory matters, and in the appraisal of complex properties. Craig was the 2021 Vice President of the Appraisal Institute and continues as a member of its Executive Committee. He served as AI’s 2022 President Elect, the 2023 President, and is now serving as the Immediate Past President. He has served on AI’s National Board of Directors since 2014 and is an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor. Craig also served on AI’s Strategic Planning Committee and Governance Structure Project Team, was the Chair of its Audit Committee, and is an approved AI instructor and seminar developer. He was the 2018 President of the Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials (AARO), served on AARO’s Executive Committee, and is an approved instructor for the AARO/TAF Investigator Training Course sequence. He is also an instructor/developer for AARO’s Regulator Training Courses and for the organization’s new series of Case Studies for Investigators Courses. Locally, Craig twice served as the state-wide President of the Professional Appraisers Association of South Dakota (PAASD) and is now serving another 3-year term as its Secretary-Treasurer.
